Hello! Firstly, thank you for taking the time to drop by. Let me give you a brief insight into who I am and what I have to offer. My main objective is to cut through all the noise that shrouds this industry and help you take control of your training and nutrition with the knowledge and experience I have to offer.

Having trained in numerous different gyms over the years, I have seen and experienced a lot when it comes to 1-1 training. The lack of high-standard coaching is seen too often and I want to guide others to train in a way that they enjoy and can sustain with the knowledge they have the quality support and accountability needed from a coach.

A few years ago, I discovered Blacksheep Fitness Academy and became a member. The gym is class-based and solely run by their team of experienced coaches. Training at this gym inspired me to become a qualified industry professional and pass on my knowledge to others. I’m now part of the team coaching a fantastic and varied bunch of people as well as running my personal 1-1 and small group-based sessions at Blacksheep FA. It is a private facility offering some of the best strength and conditioning equipment in the area. All of my personal sessions are completely private – so no feeling nervous or scared of others working out in the gym – just an easy-going, relaxed environment for you to smash your workouts.

Additional to my 1-1 training, I offer an online coaching platform. Online coaching provides all clients with bespoke training plans tailored to their needs, abilities and above all – what they enjoy doing. Also included is a full breakdown of calories and macronutrients,  how to track food, and follow a flexible dieting approach. 

All clients will have direct contact with myself throughout the program along with weekly check-ins and a client-based support group where all members can help and push each other.
