Fitness and sports have been central to my life for over two decades, both professionally and recreationally. These experiences shaped my understanding of physical performance, health, and the transformative power of consistent effort.

In 2020, I decided to channel my passion and expertise into coaching, driven by a desire to share my knowledge, experience, and love for fitness with others. Becoming a coach allowed me to become a part of others’ journeys, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 50 individuals, each with unique aspirations, challenges, and successes.

As a certified personal trainer with a PhD in sports coaching, I approach fitness with a strong foundation in science and a deep commitment to personalization. My philosophy centers around crafting evidence-based programs tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and goals.
